UK 1990 PSYCHEDELIC INDIE POP. GROOVY MADCHESTER trippy dancer with cool GIRL vocal. It's SIMON DUPREEE and THE BIG SOUND 'Kites' cover, but improved with funky grooves. I have to be honest, original is nice, but I prefer ULTRAVIOLET's version. Also, there are many different versions, mixes and remixes --- check it out on YouTube, but none of them can't beat really beautiful 7" version (which I couldn't find on YT).

BITCH - Rockin' Tonight / She's In Love 7"

Swiss 1979 GLAM ROCK POWERPOP PUNK. BITCH became more known with their later HEAVY METAL GLAM METAL records. But 'Rockin' Tonight' is their very first record and both tracks are single only. Their style was not clearly shaped yet. PUNK band name and short hair styles and POWERPOP look, 2 fast ROCK'N'ROLL songs, very catchy, full of energy with short guitar solos, plus strong 70s GLAM HARD ROCK spices - and result is real KILLER 45!

UK 1979 POWERPOP GIRLS. To me unknown British GIRLS duo. They released 2 singles and 1 LP. Both singles are POWERPOPPY POP - didn't hear the album - but really cool. Catchy, melodic, but not sooo poppy, but also not so POWERPOP :) Anyway, European picture sleeves are very rare, but it seems that British LP is even more rare and on many want-lists!!!

Dutch 1975 GLAM ROCK POWERPOP. A-side, after kinda ROCKABILLY intro goes into 70s GLAM ROCK N'ROLLER. B-side is POWERPOP, catchy mid-tempo with floating jangle guitar leads. PAUL MARTYN's 1st and only single. Pretty unknown to even die-hard 70s GLAM collectors. Difficult to find!

Dutch 1971 HEAVY PROGRESSIVE PSYCHEDELIA HARD ROCK. 'Daddy Won't Let Me' is HEAVY HARD ROCK KILLER! Kinda DEEP PURPLE/FREE-like. 'Everywhere' is SOUTHERN COUNTRY ROCK with pedal steel guitar leads and some COSMIC PSYCHEDELIC spices. Both tracks are single only tracks! DRAMA released few more singles and 1 album. Album is mega rare and sells easy for 1000+ euros. 'Daddy Won't Let Me' 45 is also difficult to find!

1000 OHM - A.G.N.E.S. / Look Around 7"

Belgian 1979 MINIMAL SYNTH NEW WAVE ELECTRO POP. 1000 OHM's 1st and the best single (as far as I know - they have no albums). A-side is top notch SYNTH ELECTRO POP, while B-side is more guitar and COLD WAVE. Record was for the first released in 1979 privately, but 1981 and 1982 re-releases were more successful.

Belgian 60s MOD GARAGE FUZZ FREAKBEAT PSYCHEDELIA. Unknown and uncomped Belgian band with REAL KILLER 45!!! 'Peace' is RAW, organ driven with FUZZED guitar leads. 'I Cry For You' is POPCORN DOO-WOP ROCK'N'ROLL ballad played with GARAGE BEAT approach. Very charming and cool! Dreampop :) Very rare single!

ZEN - Silver Lining / I'm So Lazy 7"

Dutch 1973 HEAVY FUZZ BLUES ROCK PROTO PUNK. The last ZEN record. They changed their 60s freakbeat psychedelic style into more heavy rock. But, it was not commercially successful, although music was more than OK - in my opinion. With raw and unpolished production we got PROTO PUNK 45 here. Loud guitars, raw vocal and noisy distorted sound were a bit unexpectable for band with the name ZEN. Unfortunately, single sold poor and it's very rare and difficult to find.
